This weekend, our boarders were treated to a festive experience that combined creativity teamwork and delicious treats. Our Holroyd Howe Catering Team hosted a Christmas cookie making and decorating workshop in our Dining Hall that filled the air with warmth and aroma of the holiday season.
The activity began with students getting stuck in with their hands in the kitchen, learning how to make the perfect cookie dough from scratch. The students mixed, rolled and cut out their cookies in various Christmas shapes, from Christmas trees to festive bells.
Once the cookies were baked and cooled, the decorating began. The Catering Team provided colourful icing to inspire the student’s creativity when designing their cookies. The atmosphere was lively, with students sharing ideas and encouraging each other as they brought their cookie visions to life.
